IPM TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD has a staff of experienced and committed entomologists and was founded by Dr Paul Horne in 1996.  Our offices are located in Hurstbridge and St Andrews on the northern edge of Melbourne.

DR PAUL HORNE is the Director of IPM Technologies. He has 30 years experience as an entomologist, and has published 2 books and over 70 scientific papers (refereed and conference) on entomological topics.  In 2009 Paul was awarded "Researcher of the year" at the Australian Vegetable Industry Awards for his work on research, development and implementation of integrated pest management in Australia.

PETER COLE has more than 20 years experience as an entomologist, both with the Victorian Department of Agriculture and since 2002 with IPM Technologies.  He researches the effects of pesticides on beneficial species and monitors crops including grapevines, potatoes and vegetable.

JESSICA PAGE has worked with Paul Horne since 1995, and she conducts research, implementation and training of IPM in a range of crops Australia-wide.

JANET HORNE  is an entomologist with 10 years experience with the Victorian Department of Agriculture and leads the administration for IPM Technologies.

NEIL HIVES has a Masters degree and works on IPM monitoring and implementation in the western district of Victoria in broad-acre, glasshouse and potato crops.

DR ANNA CUTLER has a PhD from the University of Melbourne on ecology of spiders in cropping systems.  She researches the effects of pesticides on beneficial species, maintains laboratory insect cultures and monitors a range of horticultural crops.

KATE LOREY
maintains the laboratory, she cultures many species of insects and assists with experiments.
  Kate is currently on maternity leave.
